Please help to reduce the long-term suffering of children who have been badly burnt or traumatised by the horrors of fire. Help us reach £500,000 for child burns victims.

Please remember that you will need to be fit and healthy enough to complete the challenge – which is either a 5-day challenging hike, a 400km bike ride or a combination of both over one week. The event takes place along the Garden Route near Cape Town in South Africa in late October/early November each year. You will need adequate medical and travel insurance.
Once you commit to the Challenge, for UK participants, you’ll be pledging a minimum fundraising target of £2,700 (to include flight costs) plus a registration fee of £295.
For non-UK participants, you are required to raise a minimum fundraising target of £1800 plus a registration fee of £295. Flights will be at your own costs.
We can also help with information on how to raise the money.
